:Queirolo Bravo seems to meet minimal notability requirements - some of his works are in his country's national library - although I've now read that his work is self-published. It's teetering on the edge of notability, but we've got several articles on minor authors and I shouldn't like to create a precedent by setting high notability standards. On the vanity issue, it's an isolated case so not harmful in that respect. I removed the deletion tag because there was no discussion here following my initial comments, but if anyone wants to reopen the case, that's fine by me.
